Cyclops

tomato_green.gif This is a short explanation for above mentioned workpiece. If you want to create a workpiece by yourself please follow the step-by-step instructions under courses (navigation to the left).
tomato_green.gif This creation has been made out of Fimo and Creall-therm. Both kinds of clay can be intermixed. This round polystyrene foam form was first covered in tin foil to keep the form intact and then covered in white clay.
tomato_green.gif A metal form (thin lid) was covered by green clay (meadow). The egg covered in tin foil and white clay was firmly put on this layer.

tomato_green.gif The head and tail were made of tin foil first and attached to the egg before covering it with clay! The hand and paw are modelled lateron.

tomato_green.gif By adding cracks, flakes and tears it looks like the cyclops is just emerging from its egg.

tomato_green.gif Apples and flowers are added for decoration.
